Mildmay Avenue Street Works Are Disrupting Local Commute Times

Mildmay is a London-based charity operating a specialist HIV hospital in the UK and delivering international health partnerships focused on complex care, rehabilitation and sustainable HIV services. Mildmay is a charitable specialist hospital and global health partner, providing expert care, rehabilitation and dignity for people facing complex health challenges. Our UK hospital Mildmay is a specialist, charitable hospital based in East London. We work in close partnership with the NHS to provide life-changing rehabilitation and medical care for people facing. Working with local partners, Mildmay is bringing high-quality, inclusive specialist care closer to underserved communities in Uganda through modern centres, outreach and telemedicine. Mildmay Uganda was Mildmay’s first international programme, opening in Kampala in 1998. It has grown to be an organisation with a reach of nearly six and a half million.

We are delighted and extremely proud to announce that the London Overground Line from Stratford to Richmond is to be named the Mildmay Line.
